Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of audionet, operated by the provider named in the Imprint. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

audionet provides browser-based, real-time, peer-to-peer audio and optional video communication for small groups. Sessions are not recorded. A free tier is available with a 15-minute session limit and no account. The service is provided on an “as available” basis; we may change or improve features over time.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and have legal capacity to subscribe.

Subscription & auto-renewal

A paid subscription is €9.00 per month or €90.00 per year. It renews automatically each billing period at that price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime via the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are final; no Austrian VAT is charged (small-business scheme). Paid plans are available to residents of the EU/EEA.

Immediate performance & withdrawal

Where you request that we start the service immediately, the rules in our Right of withdrawal apply, including that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed.

Warranty & liability

Our liability for slight negligence is excluded except for personal injury; liability for gross negligence and intent remains unaffected. Your mandatory statutory rights, including warranty rights for digital services, are not affected.

Governing law

Austrian law applies. If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
