Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise it, you can use the Withdraw button on your account page, or inform us with a clear statement (e.g. an email to contact@kaiserbyte.com or a letter to the address below). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse the payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed, using the same means of payment you used.
If you asked us to start during the withdrawal period, you owe a proportionate amount for the part already provided up to your withdrawal. You lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed after your express prior consent and acknowledgement.
